“A comedy in which an estate agent has twenty-four hours to sell a haunted house” (synopsis source: BFI.org.uk). According to the ever-reliable IMDb, the film was an early “All Talking” picture released by Fox – and was a mere 42 minutes long (as such it is classed as a “Short” in today’s film terminology, but possibly also at the time of release too).
As of July, 2021 this card is currently the oldest card in the Lobby Cards Gallery private collection.
Condition
This card is incredibly over 90 years old! It does unfortunately (but not surprisingly) show some signs of wear and damage - most notably with pin-holes present in all four corners.
It is also not quite the usual 10" x 8" dimensions (the image here has been doctored (widened) slightly in order to fit in with the Website framework).
