The Crow (1994) [photos]

A batch of vintage press stills from Alex Proyas’ cult gem The Crow, starring the late Brandon Lee (who was tragically accidentally killed on-set, during the making of the film).

Lee features in six of the seven stills present in this batch (which is highly unlikely to be a “complete” set, although surviving materials for this particular release are surprisingly scarce, some 30+ years later…).

Beyond the tragic circumstances regarding the death of Brandon Lee, the film is also remembered for an atmospheric score by Graeme Revell (who also went on to score the music for the sequel The Crow: City of Angels.

Collector’s note: I am confident that 6 of the 7 stills presented here hail from the UK release (those labelled as being “An Entertainment Release”), whereas the 7th is from the US marketing materials/campaign.
