About
A set of twelve sheets from the initial release of Goldeneye over in Germany. These will have been originally printed as a single sheet, approximately poster size. They had perforated edges, enabling cinema workers to carefully fold and then tear the sheet into the individual pieces you see here.
As a consequence, most of the edges are a little rough and at times uneven. This is an unavoidable consequence of them having the perforated edges in the first place. Each individual “sheet” is A4 in size, so somewhat different to typical 10″ x 8″ front of house and lobby cards. It is worth noting that no USA cards were produced to promote this, Pierce Brosnan’s first outing as 007. A British set does however exist (14″ x 11″ in size).
- Collector’s note: Apparently when first issued this “set” was accompanied by two separate, larger stills (unfortunately not present here).
