Raging Bull (1980) [UK]

A complete set of eight cards from the UK release of Scorsese’s boxing biopic starring regular leading man Robert De Niro.

Interestingly this British set of cards accurately reflect the fact that this film was released in black and white, whereas the American Raging Bull lobby cards were misleadingly presented in full-colour. I’m not quite sure what director Martin Scorsese will have made of that marketing department decision at the time, if indeed he knew about it…
